    Be prepared... I cooked up meat and veggies for three days... and I take the drops ...a.m. and have tea... take drops at lunch while waiting fix my plate...same with supper...good recipe... take a large sweet yellow onion...cut it up add lemon pepper 10 minutes in micro...take out add little soy sauce...family can't leave it alone, for my meals... sooooo good...I only eat a small amount with my meat...yum... you need to be creative...and switch your food...LOST 7 # AND HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR ONLY THREE DAYS...yeah...!!!
